Where could your business
work better?
Take five minutes to identify where work gets stuck, what you want to improve, and what kind of support could help. Start with what you see in the business. You do not need to know which process or AI tool you need.
You know where
the work feels harder.
It might be a request that keeps bouncing between teams, a report someone rebuilds every week, or software you pay for that people work around. This exercise helps you turn those observations into a clearer starting point.
Choose one to three processes, rate the friction you see, and write down a real example. Then use the guide to consider what kind of help fits.
Six places to look for friction.
01 · Bottlenecks & handoffs
Where does work wait, stall, or come back for corrections?
02 · Repetitive work
Where is information copied, re-entered, or assembled repeatedly?
03 · Team capacity
Where do unclear priorities or ownership keep people from delivering?
04 · Software & subscriptions
Which paid tools go underused or force teams into workarounds?
05 · Automation opportunities
Which routine tasks still need manual routing, reminders, or checks?
06 · Information & AI opportunities
Where does finding, summarizing, or drafting information slow the team?
Give the conversation
a concrete starting point.
- Name the work. Choose the processes you want to improve and describe what better would look like.
- Rate the friction. Use 0 for no problem, 1 for occasional friction, and 2 for recurring friction. Choose “?” when you are unsure.
- Choose one priority. Add the six ratings if you can answer all of them. Bring the most useful example to a conversation.
The score is a practical guide, not a validated assessment. One costly issue can justify support at any score. If you are unsure about an area, we can explore it together.
What would help you move forward?
An audit
You can see the friction but want to understand the causes, dependencies, and priorities before committing to a solution.
Consulting
You need an experienced partner to work through a decision, challenge assumptions, or shape a practical plan.
A contract project
You have a defined problem and need hands-on support to deliver an agreed piece of work with your team.
Fractional support
You need ongoing leadership and delivery capacity to keep priorities moving across the business.
We agree the scope, measures, working arrangement, and commercial terms before starting.
You do not need
a polished brief.
Bring your worksheet, or simply tell me what is getting in the way. We can work out a useful next step together.
